We ordered a 'New York Madison' tv bed in December 2011 and were delighted with the prompt pre-Christmas delivery at that busy time of year. We were always pleased with the level of both service and communication from Nestco/TV Beds. Chris made ordering easy. The two men who did the delivery and installation were cheerful and efficient and explained everything helpfully. There was a defect in the supplied aerial coaxial lead and Chris immediately contacted service people, who sent a replacement cable and somebody to install it; quick and thorough attention to the problem.

We haven't even mentioned, at the end of the day, the truly supreme comfort of the mattress and our pleasure in the convenient television and blu-ray player.

At every point we have been happy that we had chosen to deal with this company.

Sorry it’s taken so long to send this thank you for our tv bed. We were “computerless” for a couple of weeks, (and oh how it was missed!); but we’re all set again so the first thing I’m doing is sending this “Thank you”.

I think you know we had looked at tv beds elsewhere and weren’t too impressed; either with the beds or the sales techniques. On one day we received 7 ‘phone calls from the company trying to convince us to buy one of their beds. We found your web site on the ‘net and Bill ‘phoned to speak to you. You agreed to open up the showroom on a Sunday (the only day we could get there comfortably), to enable us to see what beds you had.

Unlike most females, I hate shopping!, but you were so relaxed and not pushy that it made it easier to come to a decision re which bed we wanted. I also need to say your beds were cheaper than the ones at the well known bed place. You gave us an approximate delivery date and said you would keep in touch re the delivery. The bed we ordered had a Blu-Ray player with it but you told us they were out of stock at the moment but we would get one as soon as they were received back in.

Everything about the delivery was as you said it would be; the men were very professional; they did not make a mess setting the bed up and they took the packaging away with them. The Blu-Ray players were still not in stock at this time so you sent an email confirming it was still outstanding and would be delivered as soon as possible. We got the player less than a week later.

All in all, this was as pleasant a shopping experience as it could be for somebody who hates shopping! I would not hesitate to recommend your shop (and your beds) to anybody!

Hi TV Beds,

Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with the Sleep Secrets Miami Ottoman TV Bed. Unknown to you, we placed an order with another company at the end of September for a slightly different TV Bed, after paying in full and after 6 weeks of chasing it still hadn’t arrived so we cancelled the order (we’ve had to raise a dispute and are still waiting to get our money back). So not to disappoint our daughter we went in search of an alternative. Having spoke to numerous companies, you were most helpful and other than not being real leather, the Miami Bed ticked all the boxes so we decided to purchase it & chose your company to do business with.

On Monday 7^th November 2011 we placed the order, then on Friday 11^th November we received a call from the distribution depot to say they had the bed ready to be despatched and could arrange delivery on Wednesday 16^th November. As promised, on the day they called twice before they arrived to give updates and the bed is now assembled and looks great.

A good product – sturdy & strong, a good service & a good price. As an company, you probably couldn’t ask for better feedback than that! - Thanks once again!

Just a few words to say thanks the TV beds were delivered and a great team of guys that did the installation, installed two beds for me in about two hours and they were very careful not to damage anything in the house, even though there was several thousands of pounds worth of art on the wall which would have been difficult to remove due to height.

Chris the salesman was very good , though the delivery time was quite long, he did his best to inform me when he could of manufacturers delays, which unfortunately gave him a few headaches.

However the beds are great the service was second to none and the whole experience was good, i couldn’t have asked for better, well worth buying from even with the wait.

I just wanted to put a few words on writing to thank you for the excellent service I have received from Nestco. When I first decided to consider a "TV Bed", I searched on the internet and spent some time investigating the models available and the suppliers. However when it came to actually asking final questions and ordering the bed, I found it very frustrating.
Many of the suppliers I contacted clearly knew nothing of the products they were advertising and could not answer questions. Some failed to respond to emails. Worse, some could not actually supply the beds they advertised. So when I spoke to you it was a breath of fresh air. You knew the differences between the different models and as a result I was quickly able to narrow down the field to the bed of my choice. I was very specific that I wanted a certain mattress - which you did not stock. However you were able to not only obtain and supply my chosen mattress but at a cost less than I had been quoted by the manufacturer's approved suppliers. You obtained and delivered the whole lot in less than four weeks - despite a last minute change to specification from myself. Finally, I was pleased with the delivery and assembly service provided by Lee, as I stated in the follow-up telephone call you made to me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days. Consider Nescto recommended!

Thank you for building such an amazing bed for us! The bed is solid, looks great, good quality leather, and functions perfectly. We are very pleased with the upgrade to an LED TV as opposed to the LCD TV which was in the original order. The picture quality is excellent and the support for the TV is solid, i tried to move the TV as a child might and it wouldn't move, so again a testament to the quality of build. And not to forget that the mattress is VERY comfortable!

Top brand which i would recommend to everyone as the bed is fantastic.

The only thing I would suggest, and this is more my fault for not assuming it given the size, is that I didn't know that it would be so difficult to get to the 7th floor of an apartment block - I guess I figured it came in more pieces! Pursuant to our earlier conversation, I am writing to thank you for all the effort you put into sourcing and producing my stunning bespoke Chelsea Bed in Cognac leather, and  to apologise for my initial concern over the seemingly erroneous positioning of the opening for the media equipment.  Whilst it is true that I had expected to receive the bed with the opening on the opposite side, I do now understand your reasons for not being able to comply with this request. And you are absolutely right in thinking that it was preferable for me to receive the bed in the right colour leather with the opening on the 'wrong' side, than to have the opening on the desired side, but not in the chosen colour (which was the perfect choice).   
 
I would also appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks to Lee and his team for their professionalism and patience throughout the delivery and installation process.  As I explained to you over the phone, they arrived to find that my street was completely blocked due to gas grid works being conducted as well as major construction on either side of the street, resulting in somewhat of a parking nightmare.  They both remained calm and courteous throughout the installation, and it was Lee who explained the reasons why the sides of the bed could not be swapped over.  They also offered to assist in accessing the TV ariel which involved moving a heavy piece of furniture.
 
The service I have received from the staff of TVbeds has been unparalled and the quality of the product is superb.  From my initial request for a product that was no longer available,  to its delivery and installation, everyone involved has been friendly, professional and accomodating.
