Q: Is our New York Madison TV Bed the same as the Dreams New York TV Bed
A: NO - the tailoring of our New York Madison is more detailed around the foot and head board. The head board is also a different 'fuller' design 

Q: Why is there two prices for the New York Madison TV Bed A: Because the more expensive option includes an upgraded premium mattress worth up to £1000

Q: Can I use my own mattress and exclude any free mattress to receive a discount A: Yes

Q: Can I choose a mattress from sister sites to TVBed.co.uk A: Yes 

Q: Is the TV included with the bed/ottoman
A: Yes

Q: Is the TV LCD or Plasma
A: All the models are LCD or LED

Q: Can I upgrade to a larger TV
A: If a TV is included with the bed it will be a 26" model or a 32" with the the Emporer TV Bed and an upgrade option with the Azure TV Bed.

Q: Can I exclude the pre installed TV and install my own A: No as the bases are laser drilled and professionally installed

Q: What is the maximum TV size (if available)
A: 32 inch

Q: Can I use my current LCD/Plasma 
A: Yes, in the remote controlled beds

Q: If I supply my own TV will the engineer fit it for me  A: Yes if compatible

Q: Do the Manual Beds include installation A: No they are self assembly

Q: Can I change my TV brand option on the beds that come with a TV 
A: No, afraid not

Q: Does the TV & Bed come with a warranty
A: Yes, 1 or 2 years depending on the bed (inc. in description)

Q: Does the bed include a mattress
A: Yes, on some beds and an option on others

Q: What can the beds be covered in
A: You can use your own fabric (call for a quote on 0800 084 26 84 or email sales@tvbed.co.uk) or a standard faux leather or leather on most models (dark brown, ivory, parchment, black, parchment and cognac)

Q: Does the price include delivery and installation
A: Yes the price includes delivery to mainland UK and delivery only on the Seattle, Denver, Montreal and Toronto TV Beds. 

Q: Can we deliver on Saturday's
A: Yes - in some circumstances at an extra charge

Q: Can I have a special size made
A: Yes on application

Q: Can I specify an earliest deliver date or specify a delivery period 
A: Yes

Q: Can I put my order on hold until I am ready for delivery  A: Yes

Q: Does the bed come cable ready to plug and go
A: Yes, most beds come with 1 x coaxial, 1 x scart & 1 x hdmi lead

Q: Can I add a DVD
A: Yes, you can purchase a DVD if available at time of purchase

Q: Can I add a Sky or a digital receiver
A: Yes and connections/wiring will be needed

Q: Can I use a Sky Mouse to operate the Sky receiver
A: No, we do not recommend this

Q: Can I have the storage compartment situated on the opposite side than the normal specifiction A: Yes at charge of £95.00

Q: Where should the electric and aerial points be situated
A: At the head of the bed or in the floor under the bed

Q: How is the bed delivered
A: the bed is delivered in sections in heavy duty boxes 

Q: Can I change my preference once in production
A: No as they are all hand made to order

Q: When must the order be paid for
A: At time of order by credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer or cash (25% deposit can be paid)

Q: Will I receive a written confirmation
A: Yes, instantly if ordered online and you will receive written confirmation the very next business day

Q: Will I be kept up to date with the progress of my order
A: Yes, by the person who confirmed your order

Q: Can I purchase a bed side table/cabinet
A: Yes

Q: Do all the beds have side compartments
A: Yes

Q: Can the side compartment be on the left or right
A: Yes on request (fee may apply)

Q: What type of base is used
A: A beech slatted base is used

Q: Is the base suitable for all mattresses
A: Yes the base is suitable for most mattresses and increases air circulation

Q: Can I have choose an adjustable base in order to raise my lying position
A: No, not at present

A: UK 240V
