When you purchase from TVBed.co.uk, you're getting more than just a bed, you’re investing in service, reliability, and peace of mind.

What's Included?

Every TV bed comes complete with everything you need to get started, including:

• Bed frame
• Integrated TV lift mechanism
• All required fittings and assembly hardware
• Free two-man standard delivery to your home

Depending on the model you choose, your TV bed may also include:

• Ottoman storage
• Remote Control
• Charging ports
• Additional built-in features (see individual product pages for full details)

Please note:

• Mattresses are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
• TVs are not included unless specified on the product page.
• Optional professional installation is available for customers who would like their TV bed assembled and ready to use.
  

Do you deliver outside the UK Mainland?

While we don't currently offer direct international delivery, we're always happy to help.

If you're ordering from outside the UK mainland, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder or courier of your choice within the UK. Alternatively, you're welcome to arrange for your own courier to collect your order from one of our distribution hubs.

Simply get in touch with our team before placing your order, and we'll be happy to help you arrange the most suitable option.

Note: Beds are powered by a standard UK 240V plug with a kettle lead. For international use:

• A plug adapter may be needed
• Or, simply swap the lead (e.g. Euro to kettle-style)

Next Day Delivery Available 

Yes – on selected models only.

• £49 per bed (bed only, excludes mattress)
• Order before 10am (Mon–Fri) for next-day delivery
• Saturday delivery included at no extra cost
• (Excludes Sundays)
  

Installation Available

Want it fully set up?

• Optional installation: £99 per bed
• Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and full assembly
• Carried out by experienced installers

Are TV's Included?

No – and that’s on purpose.
This helps us keep prices low and lets you choose the TV you love.

Want one? You can add a current model from Samsung, LG, or Hisense in our TV Section, brands we trust for their quality and compatibility.

⚠️ Be cautious of “free” TV's with other beds - they’re often outdated or lack warranty. If we include a free TV as part of a promotion, we'll always specify the exact make and model, with a direct link to the product page so you know exactly what you're receiving.

What Size TVs Are Included?

 

• Compatible with 32" to 43" TV
• Must use a 200mm x 200mm VESA mount
• Depth must be no greater than 7.5cm

Can I Use Sky, Virgin, DVD, or Consoles?

Absolutely.

• Most models feature a letterbox-style opening for device storage
• HDMI cables included, running neatly through a fabric sock for a tidy setup
• Please ensure a power supply and aerial point are available near the headboard

Are Mattresses Included?

Not by default (unless on promotion).

• Most customers use their own mattress
• Need one? Choose from:
• Drop-down menu at checkout
• Full Mattress section online

Tip: Try mattresses in-store locally to get a feel for comfort, then buy from us at a great price!

 

Warranty Information

Every bed comes with a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee.

Optional: Purchase a Fabric Furniture Care Kit and get 5 Years Structural Cover.

Optional: Add a 5-Year Stain & Accidental Damage Policy for extra peace of mind.
