Information regarding Pre Orders around Christmas Time
Christmas time is, if not, one of the busiest times of the year. Awaiting on-coming shipments for pre-orders can take some time due to the pre-Christmas rush. We cannot guarantee that any pre-orders due in December will be delivered before Christmas. Deliveries around this time may take slightly longer than usual, but we will sure try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

The Brand New 2023 Elements III TV Bed is now available as an OTTOMAN and in the amazing new Sherpa Fluffy Cream. This New Elements III now has been redesigned incorporating the latest slimmest TV lift mechanism taking up to a modern 43" TV, even in the double. With its new practical and easy to use ottoman lift offering a huge amount of storage, along with an interchangeable audio shelf which provides a generous storage area for a games console or bluray.

Not only has this Mk III model got a new ottoman, its also interchangeable, so it can be changed to open on whichever side suits your needs.

The new sleek footboard has beautiful curves and lines marrying up with the side rails perfectly.

Add to that, USB charging ports within the headboard on both sides, makes for an ideal and functional TV Bed.

The New Elements III combines a finely tailored contemporary vertically lined padded headboard and simple but elegant sides. The electric TV Lift system is operated by a remote to lower or raise the TV with a simple touch. Unlike most TV Beds on the market, the New Elements III TV Bed has a central control centre situated in the footboard base. This provides power to both the motor and the TV. Once retracted the Elements III TV Bed uniquely turns the power off for safety and peace of mind. This also saves multiple 'turn offs' before going to sleep, which is not a feature with most TV Beds.

The Elements III Ottoman TV Bed is supplied with the power cable for your TV pre installed in the footboard. Your audio/visual equipment can be situated below the bed in the generous storage shelf. The bed can accommodate up to 43" Modern TV. You can use most modern TV's with a thickness of approximately 7.5cm as recommended by the manufacturer.

Recommended Connection Points

Coaxial/Aerial cable needed should ideally be plugged into a wall socket behind/below the headboard and 4 metres in length.

Extension lead with 2 x UK sockets needed to be situated below the bed.

The Elements III TV Bed has a current lead time of 1-4 weeks subject to our contracted carriers existing logistics.. All TV Beds are booked in with by the contracted delivery team with you prior to delivery quoting a delivery date and approximate time of arrival.

As a company we thrive on customer service, and as part of this we offer a free delivery service to all our customers. This may exclude the far north & the far southwest postcodes detailed below. Stock items are delivered within 7-14 working days from order, out of area post codes can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Christmas Delivery 2023

Our cut off date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is 05.12.23 (subject to area), this is for items that are in stock, orders placed before the 05.12.23 will be delivered by the 23.12.23, our carriers will be in contact within this time period to confirm your delivery date.

If you are ordering a model under pre-order which has an ETA of December, delivery within December is not guaranteed, you will be notified of an in stock date and our carriers will then be in contact direct to arrange your delivery. 

Delivery schedules will resume from the 5th of January.

Orders placed for items in stock between the 05.12.23 and 04.01.24 will be delivered within 7-14 working days after the 05.01.24. 

On the day of your pre arranged delivery you will receive a text with a link to track your order.

Our TV Beds are delivered flatpack. Anything between 3 to 5 boxes. Eg. 1 x headboard, 1 x footboard, 1 x side rails & 1 x ottoman storage frame.

Our carriers operate Monday to Friday from 6am - 10pm and now weekends during busy periods.

Although we cannot offer deliveries outside the UK mainland, we can deliver to any mainland port for export. For customers in Ireland we work alongside a a very experienced delivery company who we can put you in touch with. You would have to contact them to arrange this and make payment (they are realistically priced). International orders can be delivered to your own UK haulier/port free of charge.

We cannot always guarantee a day for delivery at the time of order, however our carriers will always contact you before the delivery via text message with the delivery details. If you cannot accept the delivery at the scheduled time, you need to inform the carrier company with a simple yes or no reply, so it can be re-planned.

Any adjustments that need to be made for the acceptance of
delivery must be given plenty of prior notice so we can accommodate.

If your order is a PRE ORDER this this will take longer. You will be notified and updated accordingly. The arrival of new stock is always updated on the product page.

Some of our mattresses may be delivered direct from the manufacturer to speed things up. They will book this in with you.

It is important that you understand that you are required to accommodate our carriers’ timescales where possible. Your delivery is one of many and our carriers will need you to comply as best as possible to keep everything smooth for yourselves and for our other valued customers.

If we do not gain access on a pre-arranged delivery with you and need to return for a second time, this may incur a delivery charge payable before the second attempt. This may also create a delay in you receiving your goods.

If you refuse any of our goods on a pre-arranged delivery due to a change of heart, incorrectly measured all aspects of the property that the bed will travel through and be situated, delivery and return charges will apply.

We have been doing this for a long time, so relax and be assured that we will do as we say.

Who is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of smooth payments to more than 200,000 online stores. Over 85 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

How does Financing work?

Spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments. Financing is a promotional plan on the Klarna Account.

How do I use Financing?

When you shop online, Klarna’s system reviews each order to determine which payment options are available to you. If Financing is offered, simply select this option. The first time you shop with Financing you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account. If you’re approved Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Financing after that, you only need to agree to the purchase and won’t need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your Klarna Account as additional promotional plans. You can always monitor the payments due in the Klarna app.

I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this correct?

If you have chosen to pay with Financing by Klarna, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay.

Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?

You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 19.9% APR (variable).

Do I need to be 18?

Financing is only available to people aged 18 or over and is an online exclusive payment method.

How do I manage my Klarna Account?

Log in to the Klarna App or Klarna.com/uk at any time day or night, to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Financing?

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.

How is my statement sent?

If you chose to use Financing, we will send your monthly statement notification via email with instructions on how to make a payment and an overview of your Klarna Account. Once you have been landed on your Klarna Account overview page, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. You can always monitor the active statements in Klarna app at your convenience.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with a Klarna Account you need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address as well as name, billing address and your date of birth. Your mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive monthly statements and so be liable for late payment fees.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment information is transferred to us or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

How do I make a payment?

First, log in the Klarna app or in www.klarna.com/uk and visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. Should you have any questions or concerns when making a payment you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service.

I haven't received an email with my statement.

Please log in the Klarna app to view the statements or contact Klarna’s Customer Service via live chat or phone.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Nestco Ltd have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will make any necessary adjustments to your balance and provide further help if needed.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, we will credit the balance back to your Klarna Account within the next 5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to your Klarna Account balance. If the Account ends up in a credit balance, this can be used towards future purchases or you can request it to be paid back by contacting Customer Service.

I've received my monthly statement and a payment is due, but I've not yet received my goods.

You should of course not pay your statement until you've received your goods. In this case, we would ask that you contact the store and get an update on your order. You should also contact our Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment. or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
