When can my bed be delivered?

Check availability for your selected size above. For in-stock beds, standard delivery is normally within 5 working days; delivery with installation is normally arranged within 5–10 working days. Timing depends on your postcode and selected service.

Can you assemble the bed for me?

The bed is supplied for self-assembly. A paid installation service is available for eligible postcodes. Television fitting and electrical connections are not included. Check the delivery service details before ordering.

Shipping & Returns

Free standard delivery

Free room-of-choice delivery is available within UK mainland, normally within 5 working days for in-stock beds. Postcode restrictions and carrier surcharges may apply. Any additional charge will be confirmed before delivery is arranged.

Next-day delivery — £49

Available on selected in-stock, bed-only orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, subject to postcode and availability. Saturday delivery is available in some areas; Sundays are excluded. Some Scottish locations take longer. Mattresses and additional items are excluded from this service.

Delivery and installation — £99 per bed

Normally arranged within 5–10 working days, Monday to Friday. Includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, bed assembly and packaging removal if requested. Installation does not include fitting or connecting a television or other electrical equipment.

Please ensure access is clear, there is enough space for assembly, and your existing bed is dismantled and removed from the installation area.

Mattresses and pre-orders

Handmade mattresses can take approximately 1–2 weeks and may arrive separately from the supplier. Pre-order estimates are shown on the relevant product page. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns

For most online and telephone purchases, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days beginning the day after delivery, then have a further 14 days to return the goods or make them available for agreed collection. You pay the direct return cost unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed. Excessive handling, assembly or use may reduce your refund where permitted.

Exclusions apply to genuinely bespoke goods and qualifying sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
